El diálogo

(English below)

The dialogue processes can take us places we didn’t expect to go or into conversations about matters that we didn’t originally have in mind. We identify our methodology with this formula because the dialogue itself is an errant reality: that comes and goes and that takes into account the risk of error. We install ourselves within this risk because it opens the possibilities for a collaborative process that we would like to activate.

The dialogue builds processes of collective creation and it is the basis for future forms of our work. Exercising reflection prior to action, as well as collective analysis, serves us to define points of common interest or points of friction (evasions, conflicts) which we might find interesting to work on.

We understand dialogue as a process and as our fundamental methodological tool because it implies listening but also speaking, cohabiting, exposing oneself – relating to the rest of the group. To confront situations and/or realities that affect a collective it is first necessary to relate multiple forms of how we think of ourselves. The conversation helps to dis-place and re-place us in every situation.
